The redevelopment of the old Metrolina Expo was a dramatic change to a site that for over 50 years served as an antique mall, concert and fair venue, and speedway. The new look and feel included several nods – in architectural elements and signage – to the Metrolina Expo. This was a unique opportunity to grow our partnership with Beacon Partners.
