This corporate headquarters campus was designed with a specific intent – keep an existing building, construct a new building, and design a pedestrian walkway that connects the two. More importantly though, CPI wanted to use this expansion to create a culture. As a result, there are mindfully-designed places on site to listen to water, sweat on a basketball court, and relax outdoors.
